Next, visit Martvili Canyon, a breathtaking natural wonder of waterfalls on the Abasha River. Continue your journey to explore the Nokalakevi Fortress, which dates back to the Hellenistic period and continued to exist until the end of the Byzantine era. Enjoy the beautiful scenery over the Tekhuri River. Near Nokalakevi, visit Dedamoka, known for its sulfur hot water travertines and steaming waterfalls. Explore Kolkheti National Park, the magical lowlands of the western part of Sakartvelo (Georgia). This area is the first natural site of Colchic forests and wetlands nominated for the UNESCO World Heritage List. Take a boat trip and enjoy the lush greenery. Afterwards, visit Shekvetili Dendrological Park, which spans 60 hectares and features endemic plant species, exotic trees, and is a habitat for endangered bird species from around the world. Discover Batumi, the coastline pearl of Sakartvelo. Take a walking tour in the old part of Batumi, where you can see the Ali and Nino statue, Europe Square, Batumi Boulevard, and more. Visit the Batumi Archaeological Museum, which has permanent exhibits from the Hellenistic, Roman, and Byzantine periods. Lastly, head to the Batumi Botanical Garden, located in the southwestern section of the Black Sea coastline, and enjoy the stunning views from Green Cape over the Black Sea.
